WEBSITES · LOCAL VISIBILITY · WORKFLOWS

Start with the part that needs attention. A clearer service page, accurate business details or one simpler way to handle enquiries can be a useful first project.

NEW WEBSITES & FOCUSED REFRESHES

Help people understand
and contact you.

Give visitors a clear picture of what you do, who you help and how to enquire. I can build a new site or improve the pages, copy and contact paths you already have.

The starter website includes

  • Up to five core pages planned around your business
  • Design for mobile, tablet and desktop
  • Tidy-up of the words and images you provide
  • Page titles, descriptions and clear service information
  • Contact links and enquiry prompts
  • Launch checks, support and handover

A useful fix or a fresh start

A focused refresh is scoped around the issue. For a full starter site, plan for roughly 4–6 weeks after scope and content are ready. We’ll confirm timing together.

Content belongs in the plan

Need new copy, social graphics or other digital materials? We can include that work in the scope and quote.

BE EASY TO FIND & UNDERSTAND

A clearer picture
of your business.

Keep the information customers check consistent and useful: your services, hours, location and contact details. Build a simple habit of asking for honest feedback and responding with care.

What we can work on

  • Google Business Profile setup or tidy-up, where eligible
  • Consistent business and contact information
  • Clear service and location copy
  • Templates for genuine review requests
  • Thoughtful review response drafts for your approval
  • A checklist for keeping information current

Start with the essentials

We’ll agree the initial improvements and whether regular help would be useful. The scope and any ongoing cost are clear before we begin.

03AI & admin pilotsONE TASK. A SMALL TEST.

PILOT OFFER · SUITABILITY ASSESSED FIRST

Make one recurring
task easier.

If enquiries arrive in different places or the same admin keeps returning, let’s assess one task. We’ll agree what a useful result looks like, try a small demonstration and decide whether to take it further.

Possible pilot tasks

  • Collecting the right details in an enquiry
  • Organising enquiries and follow-up reminders
  • Drafting answers to common questions for review
  • Turning repeat admin into a reusable checklist

Test before rollout

We agree which tools and information are appropriate, where a person reviews the work and any software costs. A pilot starts with a demonstration and an agreed scope.

Discuss a workflow pilot

A clear problem, an agreed scope and a written quote. That’s where we start.

A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS
Can we start with a small improvement?

Yes. Send me your website or describe the part that is causing friction. We can scope a focused fix, such as a service page, contact path or business profile update. A full rebuild is one option when the existing site needs more work.

Who is this for?

Local service businesses such as trades, salons and independent professional practices, as well as community organisations. We’ll talk through your needs and the tools you already use to see whether the project is a good fit.

What does an AI or admin pilot involve?

One clearly defined task, a small demonstration and a check against an agreed goal. We decide what information the tools can use and which steps need your review. You can assess the demonstration before agreeing to a wider rollout.

What do I need to provide?

Your business and service details, contact information, existing website or profile links, and any logo, images or copy you want to use. For a workflow pilot, a sample of the task helps. We’ll agree what access and information are necessary before sharing them.

Can you help with the writing and images?

Yes. A starter website includes tidying up the words and images you provide. New copy, social graphics, other digital materials and image sourcing can be included in the quote, with any licensing costs explained.

How are pricing and software costs handled?

You receive a written scope and quote covering the work, timing and payment terms before committing. Hosting, domain renewals, software subscriptions and any ongoing support are discussed separately so you can see the continuing costs.

What happens after handover?

You receive guidance on how to use and manage the work. We agree who owns the accounts, who keeps information current and whether you need ongoing help before launch or rollout.

What results can you promise?

The agreed deliverables and checks will be set out in the scope. We can check that pages explain your services, enquiry paths work and a pilot completes its agreed task. Search rankings, enquiry volume and revenue depend on factors beyond this work and are not guaranteed.

Start small.
Make it useful.

A PRACTICAL WAY TO WORK
01

Find the friction.

We look at the customer journey or recurring task that needs attention. You get a specific recommendation and a scope and quote to review.

02

Fix one useful thing.

We work on the agreed priority. You see the website, profile changes or pilot demonstration and help shape it through feedback.

03

Test, then build.

We check the work against the agreed goal and walk through the handover. What we learn helps you decide whether a next step is worthwhile.

THOUGHTFUL DESIGN. PRACTICAL SUPPORT.

A digital partner
you can talk to.

Hi, I’m Lemuel Reyes.
I’m the person behind Empowered Digital.

I help service businesses make their online presence clearer and explore practical ways to handle the work behind each enquiry.

That can mean a better website, more useful local business information or a small test of an admin tool. I bring design, content and practical problem-solving to the same conversation.

You work directly with me, with clear decisions about what we’re making, what it costs and how you’ll use it.
